Catalyst - SBAE Series, Universal Serial Bus (USB)
The SBAE-30 is an all-in-one USB development solution, from protocol analysis to active host/device emulation capabilities to instant characterization of design performance. This powerful tool, with an unprecedented array of deep features, is ideally suited for hardware, software, and system engineers in all phases of product development.
SBAE Series products are fully feature-integrated, consuming a minimum of bench real estate while providing a maximum level of features and depth.
SBAE-30 Series tools are operated by Catalyst's application software residing on a PC. The PC-to-SBAE control connection includes a user choice either LAN 10/100 or USB 2.0.

Catalyst - STX Series, Serial ATA/Serial Attached SCSI
Catalyst’s STX Series, the SAS Master and SATA Master, are highly integrated, compact and advanced test & analysis systems, designed to accommodate a high degree of configurability across protocols, speeds, and user requirements. The STX Series provides functionality for SATA 1.0, SATA II, and SAS, including protocol analysis, host emulation, target emulation and performance monitoring functions, all in a single, lightweight and portable design.
Two basic platforms are provided, STX-230 and STX-430. The STX-430IB version provides an alternative front-panel 4X port connection (SFF-8470). The STX-230 is a two-port analyzer unit with optional host and device emulation capabilities and the STX-430 is a four-port analyzer unit with optional host and device emulation capabilities.
Both platforms fully support either SATA or SATA & SAS, at speeds up to 3Gb/s. Control interface connections include 10/100 Ethernet and high-speed USB connections, located at the rear of the units. A convenient disk drive auxiliary power supply is provided as an integrated feature, located on the side of the platforms. External Triggers in/out are also provided for easy accesses on the unit front panel.

Catalyst - SPX Series, PCI Express
The Catalyst SPX Series of feature-rich PCI Express products are designed from the ground up to meet the specific requirements of engineering professionals developing PCI Express systems, devices, and software. Complete solutions are provided to support lane configurations from x1 to x16.
For x4 and below, Catalyst provides a fully integrated, single-board PCI Express analyzer/exerciser system, providing both passive in-line protocol analysis capabilities between two link devices, active endpoint or root complex emulation, protocol error detection, error injection, and automated compliance testing.
For designs at x8 through x16, the SPX Series offer two separate boards, one optimized for analysis and another optimized for exercising functions.
