  • ARM drives momentum in microcontrollers with Keil acquisition
    ARM has acquired Keil, a leading independent provider of software development tools for the microcontroller (MCU) market. No terms have been disclosed. Keil operates jointly through two privately-owned companies, Keil Elektronik GmbH in Munich, Germany, and Keil Software, Inc. in Plano, Texas and has combined gross assets valued at $4.6 million.

    Keil are pleased to announce device support for the new STR9 devices in the RealView® Microcontroller Development Kit (MDK-ARM). These new ARM9™ processor family-based devices from ST Microelectronics are fully supported in the RealView MDK-ARM Version 3.
  • Keil Announces C251 Version 4
