  • High-speed BDM/JTAG Interface for Tornado (V2.x)
bdiWind enhances Tornado (V2.x) from Wind River with Background Debug Mode (BDM) and JTAG debugging via BDI2000. All users of a processor with a CPU32/CPU32+, PowerPC 4xx/5xx/6xx/7xx/8xx, PowerPC 82xx/7400/7410 or ARM7/9/9E can benefit from this debugging mode. With bdiWind there is no need for Boot ROMs, because the VxWorks core is automatically loaded into the target RAM after every target restart. With the BDI2000, you get a very fast download speed. This combination loads a typical VxWorks core in a few seconds.
  • High-speed BDM/JTAG Interface for SeeCode
bdiSCI enhances the SeeCode debugger from MQX Embedded (ARC) with comprehensive on-chip debugging features via the BDI2000 BDM/JTAG debug interface for PowerPC, ARM and XScale. With bdiSCI, you control and monitor the microcontroller solely through the stable on-chip debugging services. You won't waste time and target resources with a software ROM monitor, and you eliminate the cabling problems typical of ICEs. This combination runs even when the target system crashes and enabling developers to continue investigating the cause of the crash.
  • High-speed BDM/JTAG Interface for RDI compatible debuggers
bdiRDI adds JTAG based debugging to RDI compatible debuggers (e.g. ADW/AXD from ARM Ltd / CodeWarrior from Freescale / EWB from IAR Systems / Nucleus from Accelerated Technology). With the BDI1000 and BDI2000, you control and monitor the microcontroller solely through the stable on-chip debugging services. You won't waste time and target resources with a software ROM monitor, and you eliminate the cabling problems typical of ICE's. This combination runs even when the target system crashes and allows developers to continue investigating the cause of the crash. A RS232 interface with a maximum of 115 kBaud and a 10Base-T Ethernet interface is available for the host interface. The configuration software is used to update the firmware and to configure the BDI1000/BDI2000 so it works with the RDI compatible debugger.
  • High-speed BDM/JTAG Interface for CodeWarrior
The BDI1000 and BDI2000 adds BDM/JTAG debugging to the CodeWarrior development environment from Freescale (Metrowerks). With the BDI, you control and monitor the microcontroller solely through the stable on-chip debugging services. You won't waste time and target resources with a software ROM monitor, and you eliminate the cabling problems typical of ICE's. This combination runs even when the target system crashes and allows developers to continue investigating the cause of the crash.
  • High-speed BDM/JTAG Interface for ObjectAda/Raven from Aonix
bdiAda enhances the ObjectAda/Raven development environment with Background Debug Mode (BDM) debugging for CPU32/32+ and PowerPC MPC5xx/8xx based targets. With bdiAda there is no need for boot ROMs, because the Ada program is automatically loaded into the target RAM after every target restart. With the built-in Ethernet interface you get a very fast download speed of up to 150Kbytes/sec. No target communication channel (e.g. serial line) is wasted for debugging purposes. Even better, you can use fast Ethernet debugging with target systems without network capability.
  • High-speed BDM/JTAG Interface for GNU Debugger
bdiGDB enhances the GNU debugger (GDB), with Background Debug Mode (BDM) and JTAG debugging via BDI2000. All users of a processor with a CPU32/CPU32+, PowerPC, ARM, XScale, MIPS32/64 and M-CORE can benefit from this debugging mode. The bdiGDB system supports Linux kernel debugging also when MMU is enabled. With the built-in Ethernet interface you get a very fast code download speed. No target communication channel (e.g. serial line) is wasted for debugging purposes. Even better, you can use fast Ethernet debugging with target systems without network capability. The host to BDI communication uses the standard GDB remote protocol.
  • Wiggler
The Wiggler is a low-cost interface used in the design, debug, and programming of microprocessor and microcontroller based embedded systems. One side of the Wiggler interfaces to the parallel port of a host IBM compatible PC and the other side connects to an OCD (On-Chip Debug) port of the target system. This port may be JTAG, E-JTAG, OnCE, COP, BDM, or any of several other types of connections.
  • mpDemon™
Macraigor Systems' mpDemon™ provides the embedded systems developer with the most advanced and intelligent target available for target on-chip debugging. The mpDemon™ supports the widest range of target chips on the market as well as the Macraigor Systems' API, a software interface used by most of the popular host debuggers.
  • usbDemon™
The usbDemon™ is a mid-cost interface used in the design, debug, and programming of microprocessor based embedded systems. One side of the usbDemon interfaces to the USB port of a host IBM compatible PC and the other side connects to an OCD (On-Chip Debug) port of the target system. This port may be JTAG, E-JTAG, OnCE, COP, BDM, or any of several other types of connections.
  • Raven
The Raven is a mid-cost interface used in the design, debug, and programming of microprocessor based embedded systems. One side of the Raven interfaces to the parallel port of a host IBM compatible PC and the other side connects to an OCD (On-Chip Debug) port of the target system. This port may be JTAG, E-JTAG, OnCE, COP, BDM, or any of several other types of connections.
  • Q-Proto System. Expert on I2C, SPI and CAN
QBridgeV2 device provides a low cost efficient way to connect your PC to I2C, SPI (4 wires) or CAN bus. Turn any PC into a CAN node, SPI or I2C master.
  • HW Virtual Serial Port
HW VSP adds a virtual serial port (COM5) to the system and redirects all communication over TCP/IP to remote IP address. HW VSP is free in unlimited version, it supports Windows 2000 and XP. HW VSP works with any TCP/IP device, it can work as a TCP server as well as a TCP Client. HW VSP supports remote RS232 port control (speed, parity, stop bits, etc..) over the RFC2217 (NVT). More virtual COMs can be created when launched with parameters.
  • TIMS-0102 USB to I2C and SPI Interface
WireWorks West’s TIMS-0102 USB to I2C and SPI Interface Modules offer a quick and easy method of communicating with I2C and SPI devices and circuits. The TIMS-0102 module is completely self-contained and powers itself from the USB interface. The design includes an I2C voltage buffer for mixed signal level use, programmable logic, and programmable clock-rates, all to support rapid prototyping of circuits that use the I2C and SPI protocols.
