PLX Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:PLXT), the leading supplier of PCI Express(TM) (PCIe) and other standard input/output (I/O) interconnect silicon to the communications, server, storage, embedded-control, and consumer industries, announced a collaboration with Catalyst Enterprises and MindShare, Inc. on a seminar covering PCIe and Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) technologies. The free seminar, to be held Nov. 2 in Milpitas, Calif., is structured in two distinct sessions: the first on PCIe, the second on SAS. Representatives from all three companies will present their expertise on the workings of PCIe and SAS, as well as convey how the two technologies are combining to provide powerful next-generation storage systems.
